The Buffet will begin with a Salad Bar consisting of a Leafy Mixture of Greens,

Red Cabbage, and  Matchstick Carrots.  We will also have Colored Sweet Peppers,

Grape Tomatoes, Thin Sliced Red Onion, Sliced Cucumbers, Radishes,

Broccoli and Cauliflower Heads, Shredded Cheese, Real Bacon Bits,

Seasoned C routons, and C rackers.  Your Guests Can Fix Their Salads the Way

They Want Them and Dress Them with the following Dressings:  Classic Italian,

Royal Russian, House Ranch, and Honey Mustard.
